Why buy a MMKBT?
Raising puppies is not simply something I do—it is a lifelong passion and a calling rooted in experience, education, and a deep respect for canine development. Every decision I make begins and ends with temperament, because a sound, stable mind is the foundation of a truly exceptional dog.
Each puppy is born by my bedside and is closely monitored from the moment they enter the world until the day they leave for their new home. No puppy is ever left unsupervised or raised in isolation. They are never housed in garages, basements, or separate rooms—instead, they are raised intentionally within our living spaces, primarily the living room and bedroom, where they are fully immersed in daily life. This constant presence allows for early bonding, observation, and gentle guidance during the most critical stages of neurological and emotional development.
As the puppies grow, they continue to live alongside me and, when age-appropriate, accompany me to the office. This provides invaluable exposure to new environments, people, sounds, smells, and experiences in a controlled and positive way. These early introductions are carefully structured to build confidence without overwhelm, curiosity without fear, and resilience without stress.
My program emphasizes early handling, structured socialization, desensitization, and foundational training, all tailored to support emotional stability and adaptability. Puppies are raised in an ever-evolving environment designed to encourage thoughtful exploration, problem-solving, and calm engagement with the world. Regular grooming is introduced early to ensure comfort with handling, and I work closely with a trusted veterinarian to provide comprehensive health care, including vaccinations and microchipping.
At seven weeks of age, each puppy undergoes formal aptitude testing. These evaluations are used not to label puppies, but to thoughtfully guide placements—ensuring each puppy is matched with a home that complements their individual temperament, drive, and personality. After ten weeks of age, puppies are ready to transition into their new families.
Every puppy leaves with a lifetime of breeder support. I require ongoing communication from new owners as their puppy grows, because responsible breeding does not end at placement. My goal is to produce dogs who are not only physically sound and capable, but emotionally balanced, confident, and prepared to thrive as companions, working partners, and beloved family members.
Temperament is never an afterthought—it is the cornerstone of everything I do.
